Editor Notes: The 1st three quarters of 2016 had a lots of RED ink with sales down by over 20%. This has been followed by 8 consecutive months of increased sales (up 30%). May 2017 was another solid month with volumes up 23% compared to May 2016. This is a clear signal that the market is starting to turn from a Buyers Market into a Sellers Market. Prices have been relatively flat over the last 18 months due to higher inventory levels that are now being absorbed with the increase in sales. Act Soon ! There are buying opportunities in all market segments at the moment.. but the prices will certainly increase as inventory levels are on the decline.
