The South Seas Towers of Marco Island

This internet site is designed as an informational resource for the South Seas complex.  

The South Seas Club of Marco Island, Florida is one of the most unique residential communities within our Island of paradise (also known as Marco Island).  There are four condominium associations on the South Seas property along with a Master Association that is responsible for the entrance gate, tennis facilities and boat docks.

Investor Notes:  South Seas Towers West (Towers 1 & 2) have a 30 day minimum rental policy.  South Seas Towers 3& 4 offer weekly rentals and therefore command a higher sales price . The two other associations in the complex South Seas East & South Seas North are on the bay side of the complex (Clam Bay), & are composed of mid-rise and garden units. These associations have a monthly rental policy..
